Anyone from Minnesota...or visited it?

Im going to Minnesota in the summer to the duluth area. I was looking for thigns me and my boyfriend could do there: we like extreme stuff- i think we are going to go sky diving. Does anyone else have any good ideas on stuff we could do there? Ovb. we will be visiting the minneapolis area and mall of america and doing plenty of shopping!
