Car damaged by Road? Can you claim?

You should be able to claim, contact the council in question and tell them exactly what happened and when. They have probably repaired the pot hole because someone else already reported it, so they should have it on record exactly when it was repaired. I have known people to claim for wheels and tyres for the same reason.
