How much money do i need for a 8 day vegas trip?

i do not gamble or drink much..i love to people watch and just basically going for the experience ( my boyfriend goes every year, and this is my first time going with him) just curious to know how much $ (us dollars please!) you think i would need... i dont expect to go to shows and the hotel and airfare is paid for... and also what the hell do i pack for a trip to vegas in november?! no idea on the weather!!! thanks!
