I think my friends a witch....?

She sounds really strange if she whispers strange things and as alot of stares at you. If I woke up and saw her staring at me I'd get away from her. She could have been sleepwaling dont know! Just because she has alot of brooms in her shed dosent mean shes a witch though, there can be 2 different types of witches. One with long curly hair and a pointy hat, a long dress and a flying broom who casts spells to help people. Or there can be a crazy witch who casts horrible spells and whispers strange things and stuff. Im not sure if she is a witch, but you should tell her what you think of her and if she dosent respond tell your mum/dad and they will speak to her parents and if needed get her a psychiatrist, she might just be being silly and playing games.
