Mounting problem?

i have a 6 yr old quater horse mare i got her march 3 of last yr and i have never had alot of trouble out of her but when i bought her she was a little green and we finnished training her but ever scence a few months ago she has been spinning around when i try to mount her and she is also not wanting to stop when she is running . She is also really spooky which she was never spooky and i dont know what to do I've tried everything PLEASE HELP!!!
