My furnace is not igniting and the light is flashing continous?
If your furnace is a gas fired furnace the flashing light is a diagnostic light telling how the furnace is operating or what the problem is if the unit is not operating. If it is a gas furnace you may want to try and turning the power switch to the furnace off for a few seconds then turn it back on and see what happens. If the light comes back on and nothing else happens count how many the light flashes before it pauses and starts over. There will be an index probably on the inside of the blower door the will tell what the problem is by how many time the light flashes before repeating itself. If the furnace is an oil fired furnace the flashing light probably means the the unit has looked itself out from trying to start too many times with no ignition.
