What does this mean blood sugar ?

ohk , i'm a 13 year old girl & about 4 days ago i had HORRIBLE back pain . & i took some ibpropen for the pain , & i looked up online why & they said it was a kidney infection so i was like ohk welll , ill just drink cranberry juice & my gma brought me some stuff from foodlion this craneberrry , apple , g concerte stuff . & i drank 2 jugs of that . then the pain got WORSE so i finaallly told my mom & she said we had to go the hospital & they checked mysugar it was 169 & then they said i might have diabetes , & then my gma came with her blood sugar meter & checked it & it was 105 stilll atlittle to high . & they doctor said that it doesn't matter what you drink or eat when you have juvinele diabetes ,is this true ?what does the hwole blood sugar numbers mean is it from the fake crap ?
