Who out there has genital warts we are all adults here.?

i am 19 years old and was diagnosed with hpv four months ago. about 4 days ago open sores and swelling has come and i know that hpv is responsible for gw coming. i think i have it im unsure,i do go to the doctor Wednesday and im going to talk to him about it and ask him for the cream i just want to make sure . but again open sores and swelling. and a little bleeding its not on the outside only on the inside. and around my . plz help
