Who would you start Week 1 as your QB and why?

I went with the "get 2-3 QBs late" draft strategy and have Eli Manning (Home vs Was), David Garrard (@ Ten) and Kurt Warner (@ San Fran). Who would you start Week 1? I'm not looking for who will be the best QB by the end of the season, just who will put up the most points the first week.
