Will Netherland Dwarf rabbit reject babies after changing nest?

How old are the babies? It is risky to change out the nest, especially if she is a first time mother and especially if it's a very young litter. I never changed mine until the babies' eyes opened. It's possible that she will eat them. Just cross your fingers.
