Chicago Bulls or the Oklahoma City Thunder as the team with more championships by 2020?

OKC will win more cause rose is overrated and is not the best player in the league...(if u were to pick a player to build a team around a player i would certainly not pick a player who drives into the basket like a maniaque! where he loses the ball often and just makes him more frustrated) while in okc u got a good guard in westbrook and a great player in durant who won the scoring title 2 years in a row. the only reason they didn't win it this year was because of inexperience from westbrook who has to learn to be more of a p first guard and when he learns to do that i wanna c any other team from the aging western conference trying to get in their way.
